Job Duties:
- Monitor and coordinate legal proceedings in Hong Kong and China
- Liaise with external solicitors and colleagues to collect information and documents
- Handle simple and small claim cases, requiring tribunal appearances where necessary
- Review and proofread legal documents
- Compile monthly reports for management's review
- Schedule meetings and conduct minutes taking
- Responsible for filing documents and clerical works
- Support and assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Legal Studies or equivalent
- A Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the legal field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, attentive to details with a strong sense of responsibility
