Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers, vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities and timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor shipment progress, track orders, and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the shipping process, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as necessary.
- Assist in optimizing shipping routes and methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide operational support to the logistics team, including data entry, invoices generation, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or related industries.
- At least 5 years working experience in Supply Chain/Logistics or related industries.
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, with critical thinking and ability to make decisions.
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
- A good team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good PC knowledge, proficient in MS office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Words, etc. Advanced level in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
