Logistics Associate

As a Logistics Associate in the area of Department/Area, you will: 

• Handle import shipment from various countries.
• Sales order processing and arrange export shipment to Macau and China.
• Handle inventory transfer to local sales agent.
• Import and Export Declaration.
• Coordinate with warehouse to arrange product storage and product release.
• Coordinate with government, shipping company, customers, and GBS for order arrangement.
• Arrange invoice settlement to various trade partners.
• Arrange tax payment to government for inventory of HK market.
• Arrange sample drawing from warehouse for testing.
• Month end inventory report verification.
• Other Ad Hoc projects.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in logistics field.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferable.
• Knowledge of using Tradelink is preferable.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills and fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Problem solving skills.
• Able to work under stress.
• Detail oriented.
