Logistics Manager

Main Job Responsibilities

• Manage Hong Kong & Weizhou warehouses and lead both Hong Kong and China logistics teams.
• Develop the Weizhou warehouse team to provide smooth logistics operations, ensuring seamless and efficient support for projects in Hong Kong, China and overseas.
• Actively manage warehouse stock and equipment, including cleaning, refurbishment and replacement, so that all projects can be supplied with quality materials, on time and in the correct location.
• Maintain a detailed inventory of all exhibition materials and equipment.
• Manage all warehouse space, optimising location of materials and equipment, improving space utilisation, improving loading/unloading processes, and upgrading overall logistical efficiency.
• Ensure that facilities and work activities are in full compliance with Company standards and meet all work safety legislation and other local laws that apply.
• Keep updated on developments in the logistics and storage sector, so that we can continually improve this key area of our business.

Job Requirements

• Higher Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines is preferable.
• Good team player, proactive, with positive attitude and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
• 5 years or above experience in the logistics sector is preferred.
• Have driving license.
• Need to work in Tuen Mun–Lung Kwu Tan warehouse and occasionally travel to Weizhou warehouse.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Logistics Manager.
