OFFICER, OPERATIONS – LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB OVERVIEW: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive officer, operations – logistics solutions to join our dynamic logistics team. This role involves managing and optimizing cross-border supply chain operations, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective logistics solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Based in Hong Kong, report to the AVP of Global Operations, assist in the overall development and management of global express and e-logistics products.
• Source partners and vendors globally to develop e-logistics solutions.
• Perform vender management, negotiate, and ensure vendor to comply internal requirements.
• Conduct vendor training and monitor KPI.
• Responsible for onsite operations management, quality assurance and cost optimization.
• Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or above
• Ideally 1 - 3 years or above relevant experience, fresh graduates are also welcome
• Willing to take on more challenges and be on a fast-tracked career
• Able to work in a start-up business unit environment
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce is preferred but not a must
• Data analytics skill is required
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with multinational vendors and personnel
• Occasional business travel is required

LANGUAGE:

Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must
