Logistics Supervisor (Fleet Management)

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Logistics Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our daily fleet operations with on-time and accurate delivery service through efficient logistics and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of drivers, delivery personnel, and external vendors to provide high-quality delivery services
• Oversee daily fleet activities to ensure timely delivery services and efficient operations
• Plan, review, adjust and optimize delivery route operation
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
• Ensure strict servicing and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in fleet operation, with at least 1 year at the supervisory level is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate a strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Holder of a valid driving license of Class 1 & 2, or with Class 18 will be an advantage 
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized, willing to work under pressure

• 持有有效的第1類和2類駕駛執照者優先，有第18類駕駛執照者更佳
• 能自我激勵、獨立、良好組織能力，能夠在壓力下工作
