Eber is a Loyalty Marketing SaaS platform that empowers businesses to create and manage Loyalty and Rewards programs. Trusted by leading brands like Lalamove, The Coffee Academics, and OnTheList in Hong Kong, we help companies build lasting customer relationships.

We’re expanding our Account Management team in our newly established Hong Kong office to support our growing customer base. In this role, you'll be responsible for launching and managing loyalty programs using the Eber platform. You'll collaborate with clients to develop strategies for member acquisition, enhance engagement, and improve customer retention.

Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Training: Guide the new customer through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth launch of their loyalty programs. Provide comprehensive training on the Eber platform and assist with initial setup.
  • Loyalty Program Management: Assist in the Implementation and management of loyalty programs, working closely with clients to align with their brand objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Platform and Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers utilising the Eber platform. Address customers inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues to enhance their experience.

Qualifications and Skillsets:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. Experience in loyalty management or customer retention is a plus.
  • Technological: Experience working with software such as marketing and CRM platforms, and willingness to learn new ones.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer behaviour to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Creativity: Think creatively and develop innovative strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
