Manager, Business Analysis

Your role:

The jobholder will be responsible for formulating and implementing business strategies and plans for Business Intelligence and data analytics. Major job duties include:

• Formulate and implement business strategies and plans for Business Intelligence and data analytics
• Conduct data design based on user, business, and technical requirements
• Analyze business operations to identify areas for improvement
• Organize the company's annual, quarterly, and monthly production and operation analysis
• Prepare business and technical documentation related to data analysis projects
• Conduct user training on data analysis tools and techniques
• Work closely with various business units to implement action plans derived from data analysis
• React responsively to any constraints or barriers that may arise during the implementation of action plans
• Participate in ad-hoc data/analytic exercises to prepare and analyze customer data

To succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Data Analytics, or related discipline
• Proven experience in formulating and implementing business strategies for Business Intelligence and data analytics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data design based on user requirements
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise documentation
• Experience in conducting user training on data analysis tools is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from various business units
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to react responsively to constraints or barriers during implementation
