The Office of the Provost is looking for a highly organized and experienced individual to support various operational, analytical, and administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable leading a team and has strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating annual budget planning and following up on budget downloads.
- Reviewing and supporting faculty hiring processes.
- Providing general administrative support and coordination.
- Supporting academic review and policy development.
- Collecting and analyzing data to aid policy development led by the Provost.
Role Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of work experience.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with databases.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Preference for candidates with the potential to make changes and lead a team.
(Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
