MANAGER, LOYALTY, PRODUCT AND MARKETING
This position leads the loyalty marketing efforts, including recruitment of members and developing marketing strategy to drive program performance. The employee is responsible for executing loyalty marketing programs and campaigns to engage and retain members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage member recruitment and communications
- Loyalty customer value proposition: program structure and member benefits, earn & burn mechanism and elite tier structure
- Campaign management: segmented, data and analytics-driven campaigns across all communications channels
- Works with Partnership team to develop partner products and pricing
- Monitor campaign performance metrics to maximise ROI and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee partner marketing opportunities, ensuring suitable member experience and brand consistency
- Create and maintain program brand image, in line with the company’s overall brand values and guidelines
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Hong Kong permanent resident status
- Bachelor degree holder or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, campaign management, or related roles, ideally within the aviation industry
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in marketing tools, software and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, segment audiences, and measure campaign performance
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for customer loyalty, engagement, and retention
