Manager / Senior Manager (Fundraising)

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement outreach marketing strategy and creative ideas to expand donor database and achieving annual targets; as well as enhancing high responsiveness of existing donors towards call to action; and
2. Lead, manage and grow the team to ensure high quality on the delivery of events and strategic execution of fundraising strategies; and
3. Function as both a leader and a coach focused on building organizational capacity in the organization; and
4. Identify opportunities to establish relationship with foundations, prepare grant proposals, progress tracking and reporting; and
5. Explore opportunities for an organization’s sustainable development, brand building and stakeholders’ including volunteers’ engagement; and
6. Work closely with stakeholders, such as program managers, to gather information and ensure that the proposal accurately reflects the project's goals and objectives and promote the services of the organization; and
7. Any ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably majored in marketing, e-commerce or related disciplines; and
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in marketing, sales, membership or charitable fundraising in sizable organizations; and
• 5 years+ experience in staff managerial or supervisory role; and
• High proficiency in written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin; and
• Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, good team player, result-driven, analytical thinker, solution-focused, multi-tasker, solution-focused and adaptable to a changing environment.
