Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Client service, event, project development support
• Update information about the product development and company movement via online media platforms i.e. company website, Facebook and answer enquiries promptly
• Provide administrative support to marketing campaigns through both online & offline (SEO/SEM)
• Assist Manager in review and translate tender
• Assist manager in coaching on production quality, workflow management
• Issue invoice/ PO/ billing and follow up order to ensure product delivery on time
• Establish and maintain closer relationships with clients and partners and understand their needs and expectations
• Coordinate with various parties on business operations and marketing campaigns
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as requested

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, Event Management, Journalism or related disciplines. Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Min. 1 years relevant working experience, previous experience as a Marketing administrator or relevant role preferred
• Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS applications, Knowledge of Photoshop and AI is an advantage but not a must.
• Independent, responsible, polite and attention to details
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
