Marketing Assistant

Service: Digital Marketing, Graphic Design and CRM

Location: Hong Kong

Scope:

We are looking for vibrant and ambitious candidate to join our marketing team to cater for the fast-growing business in financial advisory industry. Our marketing position will have the opportunity to have a wide range of exposure to both online and offline marketing strategy, as well as developing corporate brand awareness.

• Develop and implement corporate brand recognition
• Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with client, business partners and professional institutions
• Explore business opportunities to strengthen business growth
• Support and nurture a sustainability culture and work practices to firm and public

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate events, seminars with organizer and attend marketing event with top management
• Execute online and offline marketing plan including develop, manage and update content of social media platform, website and publications, prepare festive gifting to client and business partners
• Create, layout design, photo retouch and publish promotional materials and publications eg. Brochure, flyer, e-newsletter, leaflet
• Prepare PPT slides to top management for public speaking, seminar, webinar and events
• Update and maintain CRM database and corporate credentials
• Enhance internal communication and implement CSR programme

Requirements:

• Higher Ddiploma in Marketing, E-Commerce, Communication, PR, Journalism or related discipline
• 1+ years working experience in digital marketing and design
• Experience in professional firms, CPA firm or financial service firm will be an advantage
• Good Chinese and English copywriting skills
• Proficient in Adobe AI, Photoshop and After Effect
• Familiar with social media, internet promotions & marketing event
• Fast learner and able to work independently
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• More experience can be consider as Marketing Officer.

Salary: Negotiable
