Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Design and update marketing materials like sales presentation files, products & solutions videos, e-brochures, company website and leaflet.
• Assist in planning and implement social media campaigns and maintain other social media platforms.
• Support brand development with multiple country offices, trade fair, etc.
• Provide assistance with testimonials, case studies and white papers as it relates to marketing.
• Gather and review data as it relates to marketing support.

Requirements:

• University Degree major in Marketing, Advertising, Business Studies or related disciplines
• Proficient in design tools like Photoshop, InDesign and /or Illustrator
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Excellent command in both written and spoken Cantonese and Putonghua and English
• Basic knowledge in Supply Chain Management will be an advantage
• Creative and have strong sense of urgency and ownership
• 2-5 years related working experience preferred
