Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Communications Team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting event management, internal and external communications, and any other marketing communications initiatives that elevate our brand awareness and business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our Brand and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and smooth execution of a successful event including but not limited to the logistics arrangement, events set up, logistics execution, collaterals development, items delivery and event communications.
• Execute internal communications plan and campaigns for the company, and manage internal communication channels and content in alignment with business priorities and global messaging.
• Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams to conduct full range of media and marketing communications activities
• Assist in the implementation of marketing communication strategies including but not limited to corporate activities and events, owned and industry events and speaking opportunities, PR and media promotion campaigns, and etc.
• Provide administrative support for the department including preparing and handling business correspondence and documents, compiling reports, arranging meetings, and etc.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, Translation/ Languages, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communications with emphasis in Event Management. Fresh graduate with high potential will also be considered
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Good writing, translation, and proof-reading skills, especially in English
• Must be competent in using Microsoft 365 suite
• Organized, independent, proactive, responsible, and an attention to detail
• Able to work under flexible schedule and take up ad hoc tasks in an evolving environment
• Passionate to learn about the industry and the company’s solutions
