Job Description:

• Marketing Execution: Implement marketing plans and product campaigns to align with business goals, ensuring all initiatives are executed within budget constraints.

• Brand Communication: Execute PR seeding, social KOLs on platforms such as FB, IG, XHS and WeChat, and digital marketing activations to increase brand exposure. Coordinate content creation across social media channels.

• Digital Marketing: Develop, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to increase search engine rankings, organic traffic, and conversion.

• Customer Engagement: Drive organic traffic to our webstore and foot traffic to our retailers through trade marketing initiatives and targeted collaboration.

• Customer Events: Organize in-store events and workshops to attract and recruit new customers and build brand loyalty.

• Marketing Operations: Assist with sales analysis, demand forecast, and other operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Media or Advertising roles, preferably in consumer goods or platform
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email, ad placement, event planning and analytics
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
• Aggressive, independent and self-motivated
• A strong sense of responsibility, can do attitude & ownership is required
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
