Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive (Membership Business)

Major Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in developing marketing strategies for CRM and membership programs
• Execute overall marketing plans and activities
• Handle user/member enquirers and complaints through various channels, and provide a one-stop resolution
• Follow the procedures and workflows with internal guidelines and regulatory requirement properly
• Review data, prepare analytics and market research
• Assist in preparing various reports e.g. monthly performance report and monthly settlement report

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business related discipline
• Fresh graduate is welcome
• Hands-on experience in viewing/ using dashboards, or any related digital marketing tools is preferred
• Hands on experience in Google Analytics, or any related digital marketing tools
• Knowledge in computer applications e.g. Internet, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
• Customer-oriented, proactive, willing to learn, able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Applicant with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
