Marketing Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager (5-day work)

We are a dynamic and creative media company to diversify our business not only printing but also online advertising, social medial platforms, websites, mobile applications, video sharing channels and online shopping.  
 

We are now looking for high caliber candidates to join our Marketing Department in the following capacity:

Job duties:

• Plan, execute and implement CRM strategies for membership rewards program to enhance acquisition & retention & engagement 
• Manage and support routine administration of membership rewards program & e-commerce platform
• Analyze data and track customers’ behavior to derive insight to improve performance 
• Identify and approach business partners to develop joint promotions & collaboration opportunities 
• Implement a wide range of promotion and marketing programs, including online and offline promotions, email marketing, social media ad, online ad, etc.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to improve brand positioning. 
• Assist in event management including seminar, awards ceremony, roadshow, etc. 
• Undertake ad-hoc project as assigned 

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 -4 years’ relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in digital content creation, e-commerce management, and online user engagement would be an advantage.
• Experience in Meta AD, Google AD , data analysis (GA4 analytics , Facebook analytics) , Canvas would be a strong advantage
• Good command of written Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word typing
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Be proactive, self-motivated and well-organized 
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
