Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Set the vision, strategy and direction to be aligned with our Online Shop business objectives and develop effective brand campaigns/integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies to differentiate our brand equity
- Safeguard our Online Shop brand and different markets and maintain high brand standard
- Leading role in driving overall marketing strategies & build effective communications tools to amplify the key value propositions of Online Shop's offerings
- Build a holistic approach, through-the-line activities to deliver high performance marketing initiatives and outcomes
- Analyst the results of brand and campaign tracking and devise ongoing improvement plans to ensure top of mind for target customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management, proactive and efficient in working with multiple internal / external parties
- According to the functional dynamics and image positioning of the company's products to formulate brand communication planning from time to time.
- Capture market hot spots, combine product style, tonality and positioning for activity planning and content promotion to expand brand awareness
- The content selection planning and content review of brand for domestic, China and overseas promotion and development
- Evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs and make improvement recommendations for future program
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, research and market updates
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies/vendors to deliver a satisfying customer experience
- Plan and monitor budgets
- Perform any additional duties as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of working experience in brand building and event planning, marketing and other positions, working experience in planning and executing large-scale summit forums and rich event resources are preferred
- Familiar with content integrated marketing, have the ability to independently operate project control, have strong execution ability and adaptability, and have rich experience in organization and scheduling
- Excellent brand awareness and have their own deep insights into brand, market and marketing
- Possess innovative thinking ability, good communication ability and strong data analysis ability, skilled use of various office software
- Familiar with AV equipment (lighting, audio, video), stage effects and other commonly used projects to execute common sense is preferred
- Have a high sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit and on-site management and control, overall planning and arrangement capabilities, and can undertake greater work pressure
- Ownership, self-driven, excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, strong social activity ability
