Marketing Officer (5-day work week)

Responsibilities

 

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, promotions, and the development of marketing materials across multiple countries, ensuring effective event planning and organization.
• Manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful outcomes and adherence to timelines.
• Assist the manager in developing creative promotional campaigns and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
• Assist in manager in collecting and analyzing market data to help identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
• Help generate reports and provide insights to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
• Maintain and update information on the company's website and social media platforms.
• Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure alignment and efficiency in all marketing activities.
• Perform any assigned ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in marketing and event planning is an advantage
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Detail-minded, well organized, and able to work independently
• Good comment on both English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Advance on Excel, PPT, Word and Keynote
