The Role
We are hiring a Marketing Specialist (Digital) to support our marketing efforts across digital channels and broader marketing initiatives. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and will focus on executing digital marketing campaigns, managing advertising platforms, and optimizing engagement through SEO and email marketing. The position also involves supporting general marketing operations and contributing to strategy discussions when needed.
This is a role for a mid-level marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience who is comfortable working across multiple digital platforms in a B2B environment. The role is primarily focused on execution, with opportunities to contribute insights to marketing strategy and process improvements where relevant.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Display Network Ads campaigns
- Manage SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance analysis
- Oversee email marketing automation and campaign management
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for improvement
Marketing Operations & Support
- Manage website content updates and product listings on Shopify
- Assist with monthly reporting and data analysis
- Support marketing strategy and budgeting efforts
Content & Branding
- Work with internal stakeholders to refine ad copy, landing pages, and email content
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials for global campaigns
Other Responsibilities
- Provide support for broader marketing initiatives as needed
- Assist in process improvement and documentation of marketing workflows
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and email marketing automation
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is beneficial but not required.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in campaign performance tracking and reporting
- Ability to write and refine marketing content and ad copy
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
