Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Laboratory operations
- Ensure service quality, good laboratory practices, privacy and security in compliance with Corporation requirements
- Ensure timely generation of test results and sign-off reports
- Take responsibility from planning to implementation such as budgeting, business strategy, board papers, procurement, etc
- Maintain a good laboratory environment, stocks & inventory, facilities and analytical instruments
Requirements:
- MLT Part 1 candidate with at least 5 years MLT Part 1 working experience
- With relevant working experience in clinical laboratory
- Good team worker with excellent communication, organization skills and able to work independently
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
