Company Description

Our client is a sizable hospitality group with a number of well-known nightclubs in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple nightclubs.
  • Lead a diverse team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Initiate effective strategies to increase revenue and enhance customer journey.
  • Handle administrative tasks, for example budgeting and manpower management.
  • Build up positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years' relevant working experience with similar capacity is highly preferred.
  • Fluent speaking in English, proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Sensitive and sounds knowledgeable to the industry and competitors trends.
  • Be open-minded to working with a diverse international team and clientele.
  • Solid experience in handling upper class clientele is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Number sensitive and sound financial acumen.
  • Good judgment, problem solving and ability to handle complaints and comments.
