Nursing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Direct, organise and oversee the operations of nursing services, including the Day Care Centre
• Establish and maintain service quality to meet regulatory requirement and clients expectation
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to deliver professional and high quality services to patients
• Supervise and coach members of the care team
• Control resources utilisation and provide inputs for procurement of equipment and furniture
• Formulate and implement staff training and development plans
• Participate in the promotion of nursing home services to other healthcare disciplines and the public
• Hold family meetings and provide counselling
• Provide infection control measures and instructions to staff and patients

Requirements:

• Holder of Hong Kong Registered Nurse license and valid practicing certificate
• Degree or above in Nursing with min. 5 years of managerial experience in clinical setting
• Experience in clinical leadership is preferable
• Pleasant, proactive with good leadership, interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Have completed certificate courses or above qualification Infection Control training

Remuneration:

• Competitive remuneration package compared to hospital will be offered including 21-26 days of annual leave, paid birthday leave, medical coverage, training subsidies and gratuity

Successful candidates will be offered a renewable contract term appointment with up to 10% of total basic salary as contract-end gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
