Occupational Therapist I (Multicultural, Rehabilitation & Community Service)

Descriptions

Responsibilities :

• Render professional occupational therapy service to service users, parents , significant others, and other stakeholders.
• Provide and maintain up-to-date records and statistics reports on the services, administrative matters and personnel matters.
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistant and ensure the quality of services provided complies with the required professional standard.
• Assist the Supervisor in the overall planning, operation, development and evaluation of the services.

• Bachelor degree holder or above in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Registered in Hong Kong in Part I of the Register of Occupational Therapists under the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance (Cap. 359) with a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Occupational Therapists Board of Hong Kong.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience in working in rehabilitation organization or people with special needs would be an advantage.
• Patience and with a passion for serving people with special needs or at special schools.
• Able to develop good relationship with different professionals.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English, information technology and computer literate.
• Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
