Job Description

Jobs Duties

  • Provide full spectrum of sales and administrative support to Operations Department
  • Perform general duties to ensure smoothness and efficiency of daily operation 
  • Prepare regular reports to enhance operational efficiency
  • Prepare order documents and arrange delivery
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Requirement

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years working experience in operations support
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
  • Self-motivated, Independent and detail-minded
  • Good command in both written & spoken English, Chinese
  • Less experience candidates will be considered as Assistant
