About the Program
The HKUST Business School launched the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Program in Fall 2021. We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as an Officer, contributing to the program's continued success.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Program Manager, the appointee will:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide administrative and logistical support for the DBA program, including module delivery and student administration.
- Support occasional program promotion and admissions efforts.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or hospitality disciplines.
- At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in administration, education, hospitality, event management, or related sectors.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a high sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer applications, abilities to use learning platforms such as Canvas are a strong advantage.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Contract Terms
Duration: 2 years, renewable.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
