The Kellogg-HKUST EMBA Program team is looking for individuals to fill the position of Officer.

Duties:

• The appointees will render administrative support to the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Program team.
• Duties include collating course materials; managing databases; preparing mailings; handling enquiries; managing classroom facilities; and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Applicants should have a higher diploma or an associate degree. Degree holders are also welcome to apply.
• Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• The ability to perform multi-tasks is preferred.
• A good command of written and spoken English and fluency in Cantonese are required.
• Working outside normal office hours and during weekends will be expected.
• Duration: 3 to 6 months.

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave and medical benefits will be provided where applicable.
