Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Help collaborating the material & drafting the proposal & report;
- Providing support in donor-maintenance for High Net-worth donors;
- Prepare document for presentations and reports;
- Liaise with different internal departments for our market research;
- Handle warm calls / enquiries for different campaigns;
- Any ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above in any discipline;
- At least 2-3 years' working experience in administration / writing;
- Fluency in speaking Cantonese, good writing Chinese and English;
- Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
- Pleasant, flexible, a strong team player, good time management, and sensitive to figures;
- Good interpersonal and communications skills;
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
