Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Help collaborating the material & drafting the proposal & report;
  2. Providing support in donor-maintenance for High Net-worth donors;
  3. Prepare document for presentations and reports;
  4. Liaise with different internal departments for our market research;
  5. Handle warm calls / enquiries for different campaigns;
  6. Any ad hoc duties as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above in any discipline;
  • At least 2-3 years' working experience in administration / writing;
  • Fluency in speaking Cantonese, good writing Chinese and English;
  • Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
  • Pleasant, flexible, a strong team player, good time management, and sensitive to figures;
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills;
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
