Onsite IT Support Engineer -Attractive Working Environment

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the technical platform to ensure good availability, performance, and security.
• Perform regular network, system, and database management functions such as resource monitoring, performance monitoring, fault detection, backup and recovery, and security administration.
• Provide friendly and helpful 1st and 2nd level user support, keeping IT Manager and Helpdesk informed of task status and escalating when necessary.
• Resolve hardware and software issues.
• Provide technical support for trading floor, office automation, and other technical systems.
• Oversee software migration and application systems.
• Update job status promptly in ticketing and activity tracking systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a Information Technology.
• 3-5 years of experience in trading floor support or above.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English, Mandarin
• Have programming experience or understand programing language is a plus
• Dynamic Working Environment
