Onsite Junior Local Office IT Support Engineer (Part-time)

Junior local office support engineer
Requirements: Work for half a year to one year.

Job content:
1. Daily desktop system maintenance, desktop basic network support, desktop terminal hardware maintenance
2. Equipment inspection, desktop initialization, desktop pre-installation upgrade service
3. Client virus detection, upgrade and recovery
4. Installation and maintenance of common office software such as OFFICE 365
5. Responsible for equipment and software asset census services and user operation document writing
6. Assist in monitoring system and access control system maintenance

Job requirements:
1. Mainstream desktop operating system, can independently perform WINDOWS 7/10 installation, configuration, basic functions, and common problem troubleshooting
2. Basic functions and use of common office software Office 365 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., can be installed and used, must be mastered
3. Desktop PC hardware composition, hardware principles, component identification and fault diagnosis ideas, able to independently troubleshoot desktop and laptop faults
4. Understand the working principles, hardware composition and common troubleshooting of laser, inkjet and dot matrix printers
5. Understand network basics, commonly used network devices, and be able to complete user network configuration according to guidance documents
6. Applicants with good Mandarin speaking skills are preferred
7. Be proactive, responsible, have certain communication skills, strong work enthusiasm, good learning ability and teamwork awareness, and be able to withstand strong work pressure.
