Onsite Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (Mass Installation Project)

Job Duties: 

• Project Planning and Development: Creating detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with engineers, contractors and clients.
• Inventory Management and Logistic Control: Capable to plan and manage the logistic from the warehouse to the working site using ship delivery and well organization of the inventory during implementation.
• Compliance Management: Ensuring that all installation activities in a building working site comply with local, national, and international building codes and safety regulations.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Quality Control: Overseeing the quality of work to ensure it meets the project's specifications and standards.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including construction documents, budgets, and schedules.
• Progress Reporting: Providing regular updates to stakeholders on the project's status, including any issues or changes.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned. 

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering is preferred.
• PMP / Agile cert is preferred,
• At least 10 year’s working experience in project management in working site,
• Proficiency in Putonghua.
