Operation Manager

Job Description:
- Manage project development from start up to shipments.
- Liaise clients & suppliers during product development.
- Coordinate engineering team & sample room for development.
- Team up with internal workmates & external supply chains to
   streamline processes.
- Summarize excess materials.
- Work with management to identify process improvements & optimize
   workflows.
- Ad hoc issues associated with products.

Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years in project development & management, Process 
-improvement. Experience in soft toys, garments will be an advantage
-Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
-proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under 
 Pressure
-proficiency in MS Applications : Exel, etc 
-Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and
  Cantones.
-Able to travel to china
