Operations Analyst

Job Requirements

• Effective written and verbal English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the logistics related industry preferred 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel VBA, Power BI and other business analyze tools
• Be a part of the compliance team member
• Provide administrative support to management on business and data analysis

Job Highlights

• Handling clients’ portals
• Reporting irregularities
• Updating in-house WMS and TMS
• Checking billing summaries
• Producing cost analyses
