Operations Coordinator

Job Description

• Responsible for managing and operating order system and ensure customer satisfaction in timely and professional manner
• To perform daily data input of the required platforms, e.g.: SharePoint, Production-Log, Order system
• To issue the Work Order according to customer request / collection form
• To work as focal point with Customer, Production and Logistics team to coordinate special request in respective shift
• To translate the customer expectation and requirement to Duty Manager for handling customer requests and following up with the required action plans
• Implement, communicate and maintain the working instruction, policies, procedures, and rules related to team

 Job Requirements

• Post-secondary or above, preferable in business stream
• At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or operations support
• Good in spoken and written Chinese & English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Full knowledge of HKSAR Employment Ordinances
• Fresh graduate is also welcomed
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
