Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team
  • Collect and analyze operational data to produce regular reports and provide insights for management decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Events, Accounting, Membership) to optimize and implement Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs)
  • Provide administrative and clerical support duties for the team including data entry, updating and filing document etc.
  • Assist with other ad hoc projects and assignments as requested

Requirements

  • DSE or above
  • At least 2 year experience in office administration
  • Detail-minded, high accuracy, able to meet deadline and work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Processing
  • Able to work with teams and willing to communicate
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
