Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team
- Collect and analyze operational data to produce regular reports and provide insights for management decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Events, Accounting, Membership) to optimize and implement Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs)
- Provide administrative and clerical support duties for the team including data entry, updating and filing document etc.
- Assist with other ad hoc projects and assignments as requested
Requirements
- DSE or above
- At least 2 year experience in office administration
- Detail-minded, high accuracy, able to meet deadline and work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Processing
- Able to work with teams and willing to communicate
- Immediately available is highly preferred
