Operations Coordinator (Shipping)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle custom declaration (Tradelink)
• Prepare Import & export document
• Closely communicate with both internal and external parties to ensure a smooth operation
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above in logistics or related disciplines
• 1+ years relevant working experience in Logistics field, either in-house or 3PL
• Detail minded, Teamwork oriented and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Immediate available is highly preferred
