About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Advanced Card Systems Limited as an Operations Executive. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the import/export and customs processes, ensuring the efficient and compliant delivery of products to our customers. This full-time position is based in our Kowloon Bay office.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate the import and export of goods, liaising with customs authorities and logistics providers to ensure timely and compliant delivery
  • Process import and export documentation, including customs declarations, bills of lading, and other paperwork
  • Monitor inventory levels and order fulfilment, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting on all import/export activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise operations and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operations or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of import/export procedures and customs regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in using relevant software and systems for logistics and operations management
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
