Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales and Operations teams in facilitating daily administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Responsible for fulfilling order processing requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
- Prepare accurate quotations and handle day-to-day sales operations and billing issues promptly.
- Participate in other projects / tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Provide assistance and support for business expansion and operations in overseas markets.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year of working experience. Experience in administrative role or the logistics / relocation industries would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
- Proficiency in Software application
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experienced with operation in Chinese companies would be an advantage
