Operations Officer, CRM

AT Global Services is seeking potential talent who is attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative, and interested in joining our CRM Team. 

Reporting to CRM Team leader, this position is responsible for data quality assurance to ensure our service level meets the standard.
 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project coordination and monitoring, requirement collection and time scheduling
• Oversee multiple Operations and IT related projects, ensuring high quality and internal user satisfaction
• Prepare & develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital engagement trends.
• Deal with data quality assurance execution and problem tracking
• Provide product requirement analysis, case studies and scenarios writing

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years working experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent, willing to learn, well-organized and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of CRM - Salesforce is an advantage
• Higher qualification and skill candidates will be considered as the position of Senior Operations Officer
