Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Regional Cleaning & Pest Control Director, Asia with all departmental activities.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Create and manage departmental files, tracking reports, and schedules.
- Organize and maintain the filing system.
- Ensure accuracy of all tracking reports, including job logs and cost control, track, follow up, and update pending job logs.
- Maintain detailed records of supporting documentation.
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and reports.
- Participate in Health and Safety matters, with a focus on Food Safety.
- Coordinate cleaning team schedules and rosters.
- Coordinate with internal departments and business partners.
- Provide backup for the Regional Cleaning Manager during shortages or emergencies.
- Other Administrative responsibilities e.g. take meeting minutes for departmental and contractor meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administrative or any related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Related working experience in cleaning and pest control is preferred.
- Knowledge in office managements, e.g. managing excel schedule, preparing report and general analysis & data comparison is required.
- Knowledge in documentation handling is required.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) is required, Good in Mandarin.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office is required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive & can-do attitude and team oriented.
