Your Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for day-to-day invoicing and monitor AR status
2. Assist in monthly sub-contractors' fee calculations
3. Assist in month-end closing
4. A/R Aging and A/R updates
5. Support other ac-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

You'll be a Good Fit if you have/can/are:

1. Form 6 or above, knowledge in Accounting is a MUST
2. 1-2 years experience in commercial organization in Accounting role will be an advantage
3. Good computer skills and knowledge in Excel and Google sheet
4. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
5. Willing to learn and well-organized
6. Open minded and able to communicate clearly and effectively
7. Students or fresh graduates are also welcome
8. Immediate available is highly preferred
