Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to the department
- Assist in coordinating all administration and operation
- Complete all administrative tasks to the team in a timely manner
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Diploma Student in Real Estate / Surveying or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year solid office admin experience, preferably with experience in sizable company
- Proactive, energetic and customer oriented
- Good team player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediately available will be an advantage
