Job Description

The University now invites application for the following position:

Part-time Officer – Advancement and Alumni Affairs Office (Ref: PTO (AAAO) 2024-10-10)

Responsibilities:

  • support alumni engagement events and activities, such as talks, workshops and outings;
  • support the management and operation of various communication channels;
  • assist in the production of souvenirs and promotional materials;
  • liaise with various internal offices and units;
  • assist in maintaining the day-to-day operation of alumni services; and
  • provide general administrative and operational support.

Applicants should:

  • possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of working experience, preferably in the higher education sector;
  • have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • possess good communication, interpersonal, organisation and problem-solving skills;
  • have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment; and
  • be a good team player and have the ability to work independently.
