Job Description

We are seeking a capable and responsible candidate to join the Administration Department. This would be an excellent opportunity to take the next step in developing the career in a reputable law firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Head of Administration;
  • Perform reception duties including handling incoming calls, incoming mails, greeting visitors in polite manner
  • Provide general administration and clerical support to office; and
  • Ad-hoc job duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above;
  • Able to work on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (11:00-17:00);
  • Preferably 1-2 years’ relevant working experience, while fresh graduates will also be considered;
  • Proficiency in PC operation including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good team player with a pleasant, hard-working, responsible and detail-minded character;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent Cantonese and conversational Putonghua); and
  • IMMEDIATELY available would be an advantage.
