Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in kitchen with food and pastry production
· Support kitchen operations in general and sometimes in specified area
· Make sure food quality and hygiene are maintained
Job Requirements:
· vocational training in cuisine
· Culinary experience in hotels or western restaurants
· Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills
· Able to work under pressure
· Good command of English and Cantonese
