Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of support to family members and directors in all business and personal matters;
  • Organise daily calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements;
  • Coordinate drivers and be responsible for car management;
  • Liaise and work closely with helpers for family daily operation;
  • Arrange visa application upon request;
  • Handle and maintain confidential information and document management;
  • Responsible for office administrative matters;
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as requested.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in business administration or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive, can-do personality
  • Independent, self-motivated, well-organised and detail-minded
  • Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
  • Good command of English & Mandarin
