Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Working hours: 9:00 to 18:00 (Mon to Fri)
  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative to Director in both business activities and personal matter
  • Handle administration duties, organizing and maintaining files, preparation of minutes and documents
  • Sort and review incoming mails/ emails/ correspondences
  • Assist Director handling business affairs
  • Manage and organize travel arrangement for business trips including flights, hotel and accommodation, itinerary planning, visa application etc
  • Calendar management, schedule appointments
  • Perform conveyance duties to Director and Guests (mainly HK and Guangdong Province)
  • General duties of a driver including providing transport services for employer, license renewal, daily car maintenance and cleaning
  • Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
 

  • Holding HK & PRC driving license is a must
  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Fluent in both English, Mandarin and Cantonese, written and verbal, are important
  • Minimum 5 years driving experience and good driving record with at least 1 year relevant experience serving Senior Executives/family in sizable companies or from hospitality industries
  • Familiar with Hong Kong's roads & PRS’s roads and have strong sense of road safety
  • High sense of responsibility, honesty, politeness and punctuality
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
  • No smoking, no alcoholic and no other bad habits
  • Able to adapt to the fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment
  • Must be willing to travel frequently (Mainly Guangdong Province)
  • Immediate available preferred
