Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to directly support the director and the team in managing day-to-day operations and event planning. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for events, and be able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the director and the team, including managing schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
• Handle communications with clients, vendors, and team members on behalf of the director.
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and records related to ongoing projects and events.
• Conduct research and compile information as needed for meetings and decision-making.
• Help manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
• Higher diploma with 3 years or above experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, marketing agency industry is an advantage.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in business email writing.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure, good team player who eager to grow with the role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
• Sports or Football lover is an advantage
