Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the focal point for the Chairman’s corporate projects to ensure smooth functioning of activities in multiple lines of business.
  • To monitor and control overall project scheduling and technical matters.
  • Manage multiple projects as assigned by the Chairman related to diverse lines of business
  • Assist in analysis and translation of documents
  • Maintain effective communication with business counterparts and follow strictly the project timelines across various countries and regions.
  • Handle administrative duties such as diary management, maintaining business files and corporate record keeping
  • Manage day-to-day tasks and resolve issues in various aspects of a project

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field
  • 5 years working experience with 3 years secretarial experience in serving senior management
  • Experience in International Trade is preferred
  • Requires full time availability with flexible hours
  • Excellent command of English & Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and highly organized
  • Travel is required
  •        IANG/TTPS Visa candidate are welcomed
